Does anyone know whether there has been a megabuck lawsuit settlement related to the Purple Palace? Inquiring minds, not to mention Herman Otten and Christian News (here and here), want to know. |
Carl Vehse was one of two crooked lawyers who represented Bishop Martin Stephan in court - when the founder of the LCMS was charged with serial adultery and mismanagement of funds.
Stephan was put under house arrest, and the government let Stephan, his mistress, CFW Walther, and the crooked lawyers depart at once for America with their cult followers. Senior clergy refused to go on the great Saxon migration. The lawyers came home.
So - isn't that an odd name for someone posting in the name of Lutherdom?
